Docket Nexus has no user accounts and collects no personal information from visitors.

What We Collect from Visitors

  • Server logs. Standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) are kept for security and operations and rotated routinely.
  • Traffic analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying page-view counts may be collected to understand which pages are used.
  • Cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own. Our network provider (Cloudflare) may set operational cookies for security purposes.

The case information on this site comes from public U.S. federal court records. It is republished as a matter of public record, not collected from or about site visitors. If a record about you appears inaccurate, see the contact page.

Third Parties

The site is served through Cloudflare. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not sell or share visitor data.
